Kitchen Teardown
No problem
For a more pleasant stay, a new kitchen is needed.
All the old cabinets and appliances needs to go.
Since most of it has been subject to moles and mice -all goes to trash.

Rear of abd under the cabinets a few screws were located, no complet
kit had been installed, seems som random
bits and bobs
that had beeen collected over the years by previous owners.
Spicerack on oven hood
Nothing really worth beeing careful with, most goes to trash.
Some cabinets will be repurposed in the garage, metal
sink will do nicely as workbench.
Walls had old style
half paneling. not going to keep it. most likely same will be the case in the "living room"
Cabinets and benches removed.
Wallpaper going down..
Inner roof water damage. leak was fixed
Old style half wall paneling..
Bricks protruding, needs to be ground down.
Old wiring and tubing
will be replaced with new routings.

Time for new interior.
